A Chocolate and Beer Pairing at the Chocolate Lab!

Chocolate and beer, you say?... Of course!! Both traditional recipes and newer craft beers offer a full array of flavors - malty, hoppy, smooth and rich, fruit infused, honey brewed, dark and toasted - the variety is endless.

Chocolate! The mere word excites the senses and causes one to dream of small chocolate shops in Paris, or perhaps or a cup of steaming hot cocoa shared with friends in front of a glittering fire.

Please join The Chocolate Lab on Thursday, February 19 from 7:00 to 8:30 for "An Evening of Chocolate - An Introduction".

Please join us on Saturday, February 14th for "An Afternoon of Chocolate - An Introduction" at the Chatham Hill Winery in Cary NC. Through a special partnership with the winery, we will be offering two sessions of this special event, one at 1:00 pm and one at 4:00 pm.

Come visit us at our open house this Saturday!! All of the merchants in the Arcade will have featured specials, and we will have live music from 1 until 3, as well as a selection of appetizers and tapas previews from Hybread Cafe! Take a look at what we will be offering for Valentine's Day and beyond!!
